​You’re invited to join the Historic Bangor Business Association for a fun chili competition to crown the best chili in the Slate Belt judged by attendees and an esteemed panel of judges! Sample more than a dozen chili's and vote for your favorite while walking around downtown Bangor in the safety of the outdoors. Awards will be given to the best chili in town! Enjoy raffle prizes and family fun. Ticket proceeds benefit participating Slate Belt area Fire Departments. 

LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE! 1st 50 tickets include a custom designed facemask, chili samples, map & scorecard. $12/presale, $15 day-of (based on availability) *Tickets are required. No chili will be sold or given without a ticket. This is an all ages event.

This is an outdoor and COVID-19 compliant event. Participants are required to wear facemasks, practice social distancing and dress accordingly. In the event of severe weather conditions, the raindate is Nov. 8th. Tickets are non-refundable. We thank you for your cooperation and support of this great cause!​
